Terms & Conditions – Steady Step Career Coaching

Services Provided

Steady Step Career Coaching provides educational coaching services focused on career readiness, communication development, interview preparation, and confidence building for middle and high school students.

Services are not therapy, counseling, medical, or mental health treatment.

Eligibility

Participants under the age of 18 must have signed parental/guardian consent prior to receiving services.

Payment Terms

All session fees are due in full prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Session packages must be paid in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for partially used packages.

If Steady Step Career Coaching cancels a session, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Coaching is a collaborative and educational process. While guidance and support are provided, specific outcomes (including job offers, internship placements, admissions decisions, or academic results) are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Reasonable discretion will be maintained; however, coaching is not legally confidential. Information may be disclosed if required by law, including mandatory reporting situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady Step Career Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

Modifications

Steady Step Career Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
